With the MK 39 EMATT Field Programmability System, ASW crews can program training targets to meet changing operational requirements and environmental conditions. The Portable Target Programmer, or PTP, is compatible with Lockheed Martin Sippican's EMATT's and SUBMATT's.
 | PTPLockheed Martin Sippican's Portable Target Programmer (PTP) is a Windows 9X / Windows NT based program for a PC or laptop computer with at least a Pentium or better with VGA capacity. PTP features include an embedded controller, rechargeable NiCd battery packs, a smart-charging system, and simple, one button operation. The system handles all AC power requirements.
