In The Community

At Lockheed Martin Sippican, we believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. Our volunteer efforts range from tutoring high school students in math and science to organizing fund-raising drives in support of various local organizations.

Pre-UMD Primes
Pre-UMDPRIMES is a pre-engineering program designed to help local high school students discover engineering or science as a career.  Sippican sponsors this program with UMass Dartmouth.

United Way
The United Way of Greater New Bedford supports over 30 local, nonprofit organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of Greater New Bedford and the New Bedford Chapter of the American Red Cross. Lockheed Martin Sippican has supported the United Way for over 20 years by holding an annual fund-raising drive and by performing community service during the United Way's Day of Caring.
